Good morning friends! I have been so anxious to share this news with you: I will be teaching a DIY class at Pinners Conference March 2019 in Ontario, California! Ahhhhhhh!
Haven’t heard of Pinners before? Well, it is a craft event held at a convention center where you can walk around to booths to see demonstrations, shop for product, and just have fun. But if you REALLY want to have a good time, you can sign up for classes to take during the two-day event.
I will be sharing how to fold giant Kusudama origami flowers (which started this whole blog journey for me in 2011!) on Saturday evening. Who would have thought that a last-minute craft project for a wedding would have launched my blog and side hustle?
I have been scrolling endlessly between all the class categories trying to plan out my days so I can participate in as many classes as possible. Hand lettering, vinyl tutorials, cookie decorating, photography, there are so many to choose from. The hardest part is making sure that none of the times overlap for the classes I want to take.
Ok, so now for the BEST part: I have a discount code for YOU!
Use this promo code to get 10% off your ticket purchase:
Promo code: PDBJ (not case sensitive)
Not interested in taking any classes? (I am looking at you, shoppers!)

I am freaking out a little, because as outgoing as I am, I always get nervous before speaking to a crowd. But I think this is going to be a blast and I can’t wait to see everyone walking around the convention center with their giant Kusudama flowers.
Please stop by and say hello if you’re anywhere near Ontario, California this March. I would love to connect with my online friends and see you at Pinners!
